Need to talk to a "live" person for Disney Visa Card

I have been trying to get soem questions answered about tranfering funds to Disney's Visa Card. The customer service # on the back of the card will not give me a live person to talk to.

I called a number from the website and the person can't help me with tranfers....only new card applications.

Does anyone have a number to call... I want to make sure it will be 0% but for how long if I already have a card.

This makes me SO mad when I can't get someone to speak to!!!
