Need to make ADR's, would you review my choices first?

I don't know which days we will do these since December's hours aren't up yet but do these sound good. Any info, tips and advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Epcot:
Rose & Crown
L'Originale Alfredo di Roma
Le Cellier

Studios:
50's Primetime Cafe

DTD:
Cap'n Jack's

MK:
Crystal Palace (Breakfast)

Resorts:
Whispering Canyon
Concourse Steakhouse
I can't decide between 1900 Park Fare and Chef Mickey's for dinner, any thoughts on which would be better. We don't have kids so the characters are nice but not a huge deal just looking for good food and fun.

Of the ones you have listed we've tried:
Rose & Crown - we liked it very much, had a friendly server & enjoyed the food & the view.

LeCellier - very good, long wait to get in, but the food was delicious - especially the cheese soup with pretzel bread - yum.

50's Prime Time - we loved it! Had so much fun - the servers were hilarious. I enjoyed my meatloaf, dh loved his pot roast and the s'mores were one of the most memorable desserts of our trip.

Crystal Palace - beautiful atmosphere, but very noisy and busy. We had a long wait to get in, and it was hard to get up to the buffet. Food was typical buffet - we liked the character shaped waffles with strawberries, and the breakfast lasagna was quite yummy. Fun to meet Pooh & friends who are favorites of ours.

Chef Mickeys - bright, colorful, tons of fun, and pretty good for buffet food. But if you're not in it for the characters, I'm not sure I'd recommend it - the characters are the main thing, and they came around pretty much continuously while we were there. We went our first night and it was a great intro to Mickey & friends for our 2yo and I'd take kids again in a minute, but wouldn't likely go if it was just dh and I.

For resorts, you don't have our hands down favorite listed - Ohana. Whenever we talk about where we'd like to go again, that one comes up. DH and the boys all loved the skewers, I loved the salad and the dessert, our littlest one loved the hula hoops, etc. and we all loved watching Wishes while eating our dessert - just magical! In fact, dh and I are going again for our anniversary.

I'd go to any of those again, but I'm pretty easy to please, especially on vacation when I'm all laid back lol. I think you'll hear lots of different experiences for each place though. Enjoy munching with the mouse!

IMO Chef Mickey's is more fun than 1900 Park Fare.

We always dine at both places each trip & my family thinks the food is great at both places. DH actually thought the buffet at CP, for dinner, was his best meal the entire 9 days of our trip.

You will love WCC. At dinner, the antics are a lot of fun. I've heard that is not always the case at lunchtime.

I would skip LeCellers, poor service , long waits and pray they don't mess up your reservations
Whispering Canyon good fun Food good
50's Prime Time very good
I would do 1900 Park Fare or Chef Mickey
Can't speak for Crystal Palace yet will be doing it this time around
My favorit Resort place are Kona's,Concourse Steakhouse,Artist Point, Garden Cafe.
