Need to find a REALLY Cheap Hotel!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a cheap hotel that is really just for sleeping type thing. Not for me - but one of my guests at my Wedding. He needs something cheap, offsite. I've looked on hotelkingdom.com, but wanted to ask if anyone has found hotel rooms for $30 or $40/night. And something close to WDW.

Priceline!!!!!!! Go to www.biddingfortravel.com for info, read the FAQ's and book. You can definitely get a nice 3* room for under $40. In fact, people have been getting the 2* LaQuinta Inn (formerly Four Points Sheraton who used to be a sponsor of this board) for $21/nt. Good luck!!!

I have never used Priceline before. I will go check out that website. I do have a question about using priceline for around WDW. Will it tell you how far from WDW the hotel is BEFORE you accept? Location is important.

It won't tell you how far it is but will allow you to restrict your choice to the WDW area only. I'm not sure if I stated that very clearly. The best way to see what I'm talking about is to visit www.priceline.com. You can put in your date, select your city, and then select your area. When you select the area you can view it on a map to be sure it is OK with you. Good luck!

There is a huge assortment of Motel 6, Red Roof Inn, etc all located within minutes of WDW. Pick out any of these and then check out their national reservations site.

Unless you are going at real high season ie. Daytona 500 weekend, or main spring break there are all kinds of motel/hotels on #192. In off season Jan/and early Feb they are often having price war with prices posted on signs in front. Often $23 up. Just drive up the road and have a look. Magic Castle is good but only one of many.
