I spent sime time this morning on their site trying to get info but its very vague. I bought DD an American Airlines flight to Hawaii through Expedia. She just started a new job and they won't give her the time off until fall ( flight booked for May) I know I'll have to pay a fee.American's policy is $200 . Does anyone have any experience doing this? I know I have to call Expedia , I'm just waiting until she tells me the dates she can go.
