To the poster...I'm so sorry that your family has been sick.
I can only imagine how depressing and frustrating it must be to have to re-schedule at the last minute. If you are anything like me, you have been anticipating and planning for many months. On the bright side, this is just a minor set-back and nothing due to a major family tragedy. I do think that you made the right call. Last year we had to cancel my son's birthday party b/c he had been running a fever the day prior (no other symptoms). We had a big party planned...homemade cake, personalized favors, non-refundable deposit...the whole works. Even though he claimed to feel fine, I didn't want to risk getting any of his friends sick. I'm very sensitive about this subject b/c I'm a pre-school teacher. There is nothing I DESPISE more than the parent who doses their sick kid up on fever reducer, cough supressent, etc... and then sends them on to school with no concern for the other people they will encounter. Enough said, I'm getting angry just thinking about it.
Anyway, I'm glad that you were able to work things out. I know that you will all have a super time. Gosh, July is so soon, you really don't even need to un-pack your bags!

I have never heard something so stupid in my life.
I am sorry but you are acting like a 12 yr old.It IS very rude to go to a place like wdw where there are lots of kids (some like stated before are on WISH trips) that do not need your illness. I am sorry "your out" but you were rude to the pp.
maybe its my old age showing
I called Disney Travel and they totally worked with me.
