Need to burn borrowed points

We had to cancel a reservation for a trip to BWV in October and will reserve for April 2007 next month. However, we now have 28 borrowed points we need to burn between now & Jan. 31st. What do you suggest? We could stay @ HH for a weekend in Dec. or fly to BWV and use a few more points for a long weekend there in December. Please offer your suggestions. Thanks.

A weekend (or even one night) in one of the concierge hotels would be a nice break. Any within driving distance of you?

I believe we have one in Orange Beach which is 3-3.5 hours drive from here. I could call MS and see if that would be an option.

HH in Dec can be dead.

By late Nov. the vast majority of the island is shut down for the winter.

HH when it is "dead" is very nice. The beach is deserted for long strolls.
