DH, myself and my 2 boys (11 & 8) are heading to WDW 2/27 - 3/6 to watch DH's daughters cheer at Nationals. We have found out that the girls could be at the cheer competition for up to 10 HOURS (they are doing individuals in the am & team competitions in the afternoon). DH & I have agreed that it would be too much to ask the boys to sit thru, so DH will pull the all day at cheering, and the boys & I will go in the afternoon when the team competitions are.

So now I have 1/2 a day to spend with my boys alone, and would like to do something special. We already have a character breakfast (Chef Mickey's) & dinner (Crystal Palace) scheduled, we are planning 1 day at DQ with HDD after that, have PSs for the Ice Cream Social.

Any suggestions??

You could go and play a couple of rounds of miniature golf at one of the Disney golf courses, that could be fun. Sounds like you have everything all set to see at other times so it is sort of tough. There is always the arcade at the Contemporary which they could hang out at after breakfast, but that won't be much fun for you. Another idea heading over to the WL and walking on the trails and seeing the geyser. We saw a turtle there a couple of years ago on one of the trails. Or you could go horseback riding at the campground. You could go over to the Port Orleans Riverside and sit on the dock and fish too. Just some ideas!
