We're going with family members who graciously offered to watch our kids one night so DH and I could have a date night! We have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old twins, so needless to say, not many people jump on an offer to babysit!

Sooooooo, please help us decide what to do. Bear in mind that with 3 little ones, we are on a budget. For instance, as fun as Cirque du Soleil sounds, I'm afraid the ticket prices make it out of the question.

What else can we do that wouldn't cost much more than $100.

I had 3 date nights (enjoyed each one just as much as the other)

From what I understand.... "when you spend more than you can afford- that's romantic!" :teacher: :rolleyes2

Fri- Narceeses at Grand Floridan cost $186.00 plus saw the fireworks pixiedust:

Wed- Fulton Crab Dinner Boat cost $199.00 then went to Cirque Du Soleil another $195.00

Tue- House of Blues cost $91.00 then went to Comidey Club and Adventures Club (Pleasure-Island free with park ticket package) :cool2:

My point?
Well...Tuesdays date-night was a fraction of the cost... and just as good if not better than the two expensive nights :coffee:

Let them watch the kids and spend $95 at Victoria's Secret. You know the rest....

Try a carriage ride, perhaps at POR, around $35 with a bit more for tip for driver. Very romantic, bring your own champagne!

As the father of a DS (9) and DDS (twins 6) I am most qualified to respond to your post. I fully understand the problem finding a babysitter. As for your romance/date night I have a suggeston that has nothing to do with money. Pick your favorite park and go hang out together like it were a first date. Go and enjoy a park just the 2 of you. Be fun, be spontaneous and just have a wonderful time. Enjoy.
