This actually translates to Firemens Bodies. Which some actually have some "hot" ones, I might add, LOL!!!

You can use Cuerpo De Bomberos. Cuerpo in spanish means, other than body, a group of things, which in this case would be a department.

Departmento de Bomberos has 2 votes, if that counts. I take Spanish lessons, and the instructor used that phrase recently.

Since Cuerpo de Bomberos is scarcely used in the US (that is a term used in Spain predominantly, rarely in any of the Spanish Speaking Americas, the US included) and you don't want to confuse them I would go with Departamento for department and Fuego for Fire, or Bomberos for Firemen. Use Cuerpo and they are going to go with the first listing in the Spanish-English dictionary and that is BODY. Your choice. But being of Hispanic Heritage myself, and speaking the two languages fluently, my vote would be if I would tell a Spanish speaking person to go to: El Departamento de Fuego y ahi encuentras los bomberos.

But again.....that is totally up to you.

Alrighty now, OP, it is obvious by Chrislei's real name that she would KNOW what the translation to Fire Department is. I mean would a Spanish speaking person go to another Spanish speaking person for a translation to English and not believe the translation of the bilingual person who is obviously fluent in the both languages? LOL

When I read this last night, I had myself a good little laugh. I even asked my Italian hubby, who Spanish is his 2nd language to translate Cuerpo de Bomberos and he said exactly what Chrislei translated it to...even called my mom who English is her SECOND language and she said "A fireman's Body?" in her cute little accent! She said she would NEVER have come up with Fire Department from Cuerpo de Bomberos. My Dad told my mom it's funny how people depend on the AOL Translator so much, and how many times what the translator gives them is not exactly how Spanish is spoken here in the United States.

I am ANOTHER vote for Departamento de Fuego or Estacion de Bomberos (which translates to Fireman's Station). And yes, I am Spanish. Take it from natives to the language, you can not go wrong.
