Need someone to capture pictures 1/3

Ok, as mostly everyone knows by now....our January 3rd cruise is coming up quickly. So, I'm putting out an APB....Will anyone be around to capture pictures of the Magic leaving around 5pm and going past Two Palms??

I know, I know, I'm asking a lot, but GASP, Andy is not available that day!!! He has a family function to attend... Yeah, we do have lives outside of Dis... but don't tell anyone!!!!! I'm usually the one sitting in front of computer capturing pictures, but not that day, it's finally my turn to be on the Magic!!! I'm hoping someone will be around that afternoon and can capture us going by TwoPalms... that will be me waving!!!!
Anyone?? Anyone?? Bueller? Bueller??

Yea Jeanny, how dare my niece have her daughter's first birthday party at 5pm on a Saturday, and to make matters worse, there won't even be a computer around, how evil of my niece to do this to me, LOL!!!

Jay is on bail rotation that day so if he is at the jail and Mike needs something I gotta deal with him, but hopefully he will be able to chill (and not need a ride somewhere) at 5-5:30.

I was thinking of taking my lap top with me, but the party is being held at my neice's in-laws, besides, I think I would be put in front of the firing squad if I showed up with my lap top, LOL!!!

I was going to take my lap top today when we have our family Christmas Party at my mom's cousin's house. I was told if I walked in the house with the lap top, it would be in the bottom of the pool. Oh My, we can't have that!!! LOL!!!

Two Saturday's in a row, I will be missing the Magic sail away.

QueenTrident, thanks for your offer to help. If you log onto this web site http://www.twopalms.com you will see a nice picture of the ocean with sand and grasses in front of it. When you see the Magic sailing by right click on the image and then left click the menu item Save picture as.. to a file on your hard drive. If you get it, post back here and either Brack or I will give you an email address to send it to so it can be put on the web for all to see.

Even though AnnMorin is going to also try it would be great if others also grab a shot of us. The more the merrier.

Great to see that you will be following us on the Magic in only 27 more days.

Okay, that's easy. How often does the picture update? Do I just keep hitting refresh?

The pictue SHOULD update every 6 seconds or so. If it doesn't, I then click on refresh. But again you shouldn't have to. It is so awesome to see the ship sailing by, it doesn't seem possible that something so big can be so close to shore! Thanks for your help!!!

QueenTrident, I gave you wrong instructions before, sorry. If you have JAVA enabled, you can't right click on the picture. What you will need to do is click on the bottom of the screen where it says "Click here if your browser does not support JAVA". If it states that you will need to click on it once. You will notice that the web site will stay the same except the image will now have a black border around it. Now you can right click on it and save as before.

You will need to refresh the browser as this will keep the image from refreshing automatically (I believe).

LVTravel...are you packed yet? I still haven't started!!! Even worse I volunteered to have cousins to my DD10 and DS9 stay over! Did I mention I am a gluten for punishment??? My employees think I am crazy and never sleep!!! Oh well, the count down is DEFINITELY on...we leave on 12-31, am I correct that you are leaving on 1-2???

SLEEP...who needs sleep? We're going on VACATION!!!

Amy, I agree about the sleep and vacation. As I posted on the Jan 3 thread, I placed DW & my suitcases in the van today (well yesterday since it's now after midnight). Worse part is that I am going to have to bring one back into the house tomorrow to put more into it possibly. My mom (lives with us) is also packed. Hers goes to the van today. Only have 4 more people to go and they are spending the night at our house New Years day night so we can leave for the airport early on the 2nd.

Sure am going to be packing the van tight (Chrysler mini-van) with 7 people and all their luggage. Won't be able to use the luggage rack on the roof since it is supposed to be raining that morning.

It's now one day closer.....
