Need some wonderful DIS'er help with daughters school project

My daughters first grade class is doing a great unit called Diversity is Cool.

The teacher asked for the student and thier family to go out and ask others about diversity, and other things.

My daughters teacher came up with this short questionaire to be completed. The teacher is trying to chart distance (how far the responses come from), the type of stamps used, how many have a favorite animal, etc.. The results will be used for a unit on graphing later.

If anyone has a few moments, and one stamp.. I would love to see some great responses come into the school.


So if you have a moment print out the questionare, and mail it if you choose. I would assume electronic ones would be appropriate, but she did include the school address.
