Hi everyone,
I am hoping that you can give me your opinions and reasons for those opinions on two resorts that I am torn between for our trip to WDW in December.
I have three daughters who will be 16, 13 and 4. I need opinions for the 16 and 13 year olds.
My daughters are responsible and independent and will enjoy moving around the different parks without their parents and baby sister in tow. Although, we will be spending the majority of out time in MK.
They have been to WDW, but a LOOOOONNNGGGG time ago (like when they were 8 and 5.)
I am torn between the Contemporary and Polynesian. I MIGHT consider the WL (getting 2 rooms instead of 1) if there is a good argument FOR or in favor of it.
I think they would enjoy the arcades, but not too much, would love some shopping/sighseeing mallish type of walking and shopping (but not tooooo much sightseeing) I think they are going to want to spend a lot of time in the parks, so accessability is key.
As for the pool, that is touch and go. Although, I think they will enjoy swimming. BUT this past Dec. it was a bit on the chilly side which would have nixed the pool thing.
So here are my questions:
Polynesian?
Contemporary?
Or two Rooms at the Wilderness Lodge?
Now, I could get a Theme park view at the CR. BUT that would mean less spending money at the park. So it would be better to get a Garden View.
The Poly would have to be a Garden Room as well and so would the WL rooms.
So, what do you think.. and while you are thinking about that, do you have any suggestions about dining? Where would you NOT miss? What about sit down meals places that you want to eat at, or have eaten?
I would appreciate ALL help.
Thanks!
