Hi All! I've just joined the WISH Biggest Loser (Black Team) to help w/ my motiviation.
My hubbby is very supportive of helping me excercise, but I HATE it!!!
I thought one way to keep me motivated would be to sign up for the 5K Family Fun Race in AK on Jan 11, 2008 for Marathon weekend. DH would do it too.
Is it cheesy to just do the 5K??? I'd like to work up to maybe the 15K for Minnie Marathon Weekend in May of 08 and then do the full marathon in 2009. It just seems way to ambitious!
I can't even run for more than 1 full minute right now. I am extremely out of shape and about 70lbs overweight...
What do you guys think? It's a lot of money to go to Disney for long-weekend just to walk a 5K.
