My fibro is flaring and I have a miserable cold. Stuffy nose and sore thoat plus a headache. Have classes I can't miss plus I am now teaching a sign class as well and have to plan for it. I need to get well quick

Yes Fibromyalgia and my pain meds are not working. I'm still awake. I need to try to sleep but laying down hurts as much as sitting up. Better at least try so I can do some homework in the morning.
