Need some questions answered please!

Hello! I'm interested in the DVC and haven't found the answers to a few questions. Any responses to these questions would be greatly appreciated!!

If we normally go in October, what would be a good use year to get?

If we were to buy a small contract (say 50pts) through a resale place and we need 87 for the stay how do you pay the remaining? Would you have to get points from someone else or can you just pay for the balance?

If someone wanted to buy points for us could they buy them but put everything in our names?

Anything just prior to Oct should be fine including August, Sept and Oct. June should work as well. You can bank and borrow and aggregate as much as 3 years of points. You could also rent points and have them transferred in.

If someone wanted to pay for your purchase, they could do that. If it was the same use year, should be linked to your other contract. But the registration must be exactly the same to have them linked. Also, if an existing owner buys from DVC directly for an add on of less than 150, it must be the same registration as well.

We travel in the fall a lot and have a June use year. It works well for us.
