Need some planing help

I'm looking to go on a Disney cruise in March 2014. The idea is to go on a cruise then go to Boardwalk villa for 6 days.

If I fly into MCO and cruise first, do I have to arrange transportation to the port for a fee, or do I stay at the Villas first and then does Disney provide transportation from there to the ship?

Any thoughts??

For a cruise you pay for transportation to and from the port.

I understand that cash guests who book a package, room, cruise, tickets, get transportation included.

If you choose to use Disney's transportation to the port you will have to pay for it no matter where you board. Transfers are $35 per person, each way.

Transportation between WDW resorts and the airport is free to those guests with a resort reservation.
