Let me start off by syaing you are all wonderful and have some great advice.

We are flying to Orlando next April, Easter week. A fellow DISer had some advice about getting (2) one way fares. It sounded good and I was game. I was up in the middle of the night last night on Continental's website when the fares came out first leg of the trip and they were $299. Now way was I booking that. I will wait another week until the round trip fares are published and see what the prices are.

I have no problems flying Jet Blue out of Newark, or Spirit of LGA...would even entertain the thought of Allegient or Air Tran. My question is...since they only publish their fares about 6-7 months in advance..is it too risky to wait it out? Or do I just book Coninental when they come out?

We went to WDW during Spring Break this year. We ended up driving (18 hours) because we couldn't get a flight home--for any price on any airline on any day (I even looked up to a week after we wanted to leave). We could get there anytime we wanted but could not get home. My sister was going to fly down for a day or two and she also could not get home. It was kinda odd. If you find a good price I'd book it because you never know about the flights. We were booking about 8 months out. Hope you have better luck than we did :goodvibes
