Need some help with anniversary album...

I'm making my parents an album for their 50th anniversary in June. I have done their wedding pages so far with the 8x10s I have and that was pretty easy.

I've got a large scrap of the bridesmaid material and a reception napkin and 4 color snapshots that I need help with. I don't know what to do with the material--any ideas? I wanted to just cover the whole page with it as background, but there's not enough without piecing it. I've never used cloth on a page before because I've only been scrapbooking about 6 months.

Can you mount it on cardstock, or maybe 2 different colors of cardstock, so that it looks like a "frame" around the material?
