We are headed down to WDW Oct 29th for about 5 days. we were planning on driving and then on the way home, staying at a condo in Myrtle beach that we don't have to pay for to stay at.

Now, from the looks of what I just found on airlines, it is a difference of maybe $30, to fly down instead of drive.

If we fly, we can't go to Myrtle Beach on the way home, but if we fly, we can spend about 3 more nights at Disney.

Was just wondering what you all think. thanks!

We just made a last minute decision to fly rather than drive because of the same basic thing you are saying... it really isn't costing us that must more to fly and we get two whole extra days in florida rather than in the car:goodvibes For us it seemed worth it. GL deciding.

Definitely the 3 more nights at Disney. Wouldn't even be a question for me.

Depends on how important it is to stay in Myrtle Beach - if the stay there is free, then won't it cost more if you stay at WDW for extra nights?

I always prefer flying over our 21 hour drive, but for this trip I have no choice - we are camping for 3 nights in Talladega and then on to Disney for 12 nights - no way can I pack all our camping gear for flying!! At least the trip down is broken up for us, and we will stop halfway home to break up the drive coming back as well.
