Need Shipping Information

In disney after Christmas I was shopping at Mousegear. I brought some items and wanted to have them shipped. My mother still hasn't received the items. Anyone have the number to Mousegear in Epcot?

Shipping can take up to 21 business days after purchase. As to the number, no, I don't have it, but, on your receipt there should be a number to call.

Just to give you an idea of how long it can take for the items to be received, I figured I'd tell you how long it took for items I shipped to reach their destination.

I sent a package from the Magic Kingdom on December 8th, and it was received by a friend in North Carolina on December 19th.

Also on December 8th, I shipped a package from the World of Disney Store. I received it at my house in Boston on December 23rd.

The phone number for Disney merchandise is 407-363-6200.

I don't know if it's the same number or not, but there should also be a number on the green slip that was attached to your receipt. You might want to have that handy when you call, as they may need the information from the slip.
