A few notes:
*We've done CP, Akershus, 1900PF, Play N Dine all before, and don't want to repeat.
*The kids aren't terribly adventurous eaters, so I've left off exotic things like Boma that might have challenging menus.
*B/c of the kids, eating late in the evening is not possible for us.
*Am trying to minimize the amount of travel time (seemed like last trip we spent too much time traveling around) as much as possible
*MK has the most for us in terms of attractions, but it's my least favorite in terms of dining! How to deal with this?!
*Also, my DS4 is a light eater, so I was hoping to have him share meals with the rest of us and possibly save on CS credits. Is this a wise plan, and how to incorporate this into the itinerary?!

Thanks for any and all help! I'm getting a little nervous about all this!

If you are using Disney busses, 9/22 might be too much travel. AKL is pretty far out, so sandwitching it between EPCOT and DHS seems like a lot. Boma does have simple kid options, so you may want to re-visit that option. MK TS is pretty lacking IMHO, we just do Pecos Bill's for lunch and Casey's for dinner. Other than that, you ADR's look pretty good! Have a great trip!

for 9/24 how about after nap heading to MK area but getting an ADR for 5:30 at a monorail resort, THEN heading to the park for spectro and wishes? Kona at Poly or Wave at CR may be good choices, and you avoid eating at MK.

Also make sure you have alternatives for Le Cellier as many people have been disappointed lately when trying to get dinner ADR's there.

i believe she is staying at AKL so she is just eating breakfast at the place she is staying.

9/24 I would do OHana or Kona or The Wave, or do a counter service at MK and do Boma breakfast on the 26th. It has a really good breakfast. :) Or if you want to keep the CS on the 26th for breakfast, I would eat at DTD rather than mara.

I also like the idea of the monorail resort for before MK. We will do this on one of our MK days.

That said, maybe you could give Tony's at MK a try if you haven't already? I know it gets bad reviews a lot, but I think we might have to try it for ourselves one of these days! Lots of people do love it. ;)

What about the Plaza restaurant in MK? I have been hearing good things about it. I'd also suggest going to the one of the monorail resorts - there are lots of choices. The Wave at the CR has gotten great reviews, or Kona Cafe at the Poly, or the Grand Floridian (I'm not sure about choices there).

Okay, here's a suggestion for you that I've found through trial and error...

I realize that you need early reservations because of your kids; however...if you don't get the times you want, take that latest that you can "live with" and remember that you can probably change them later. It's *a lot* easier to change, say, a reservation at Chef Mickeys from 7:30 or 8:00 on Monday to an earlier time, than it is to switch it with another one on a different day. So, let's say you can't get that 6:00 at Chef Mickey's. Take an 8:00 one or whatever, and then keep checking back to see if you can modify it.

OR, if you just CAN'T do anything later than 6, consider scheduling something like Garden Grill or Cape May for the time that you really want/need, and then know that you can keep checking back for what you really want. Believe it or not, these things really do come up.

(Can you tell that I've had way too much fun planning, scheduling and modifying? I think I've become addicted). :)

I would agree with the other posters recommending Kona or 'Ohana. They are quite easy to get to from MK on the resort monorail.

My only other question for you is: "No DHS? Don't tell me you are going to miss Toy Story Midway Mania."
