need ride wait estimates please

Those in the parks recently, if you go to ToT at rope drop, what is the wait tiem approx?

We were there last week and hit DHS 4 times. We never do rope drop, but the Tower lines were 10 minutes at the most during the last 2 hours of operation. I recall that the sign never dipped below 20 minutes but those things can't be trusted late in the evening.

By the time the first showing of Fantasmic started, you could walk directly into the library. One evening, we were too lazy to stroll over to R&R or Midway Mania and just stayed at Tower. It think we rode it 6 times in an hour.

Ohhhh does Disney start each day with the ToT wait time of 13?

We went last Wednesday for EMH and were there at rope drop. Tot was an 8 minute wait. We went directly to RnR and waited 10-15 minutes for that. Then we went to Tot where the wait had increased to 15 minutes, but it was really less (more like 10).

At DL any time the standby is under 15 minutes they set it to 13. Kinda cute

We got to ToT right at 9 this morning and it was posted 13 (walk on). We rode RnR standby, posted 30 min took about 15. We did rider switch so the others went on through FP line and took another 15 min. We then went over to ToT. We had FP so the first set rode ( 20 min posted). Took them about 15 min then we did the riders switch and it took us 15 min. Leaving the area still said 30 min stand by and that was after 10.
