We are going in Feb for our honeymoon, and would love opinions on the flying fish and yachtsman, and bistro de paris. We both like seafood, and would like our Honeymoon to be filled with magical memories so I am trying to get the best places. Any opinions on which would be the best and what to stay away from would be much appriciates. Also what about Fultons is it worth the price? We are not worried about the cost of the meal there, but I am the type of person who hates to waste that much money on a meal that's not worth it when I could have went somewhere better. Also which is better the le celliur (sp) or the chef de france? Thank you in advance.

Congrats on getting married! What an exciting trip - your disneymoon and first trip to Disney! I hope you have a great trip and great life together.

Here's a link to my most recent reviews of Flying Fish and Bistro. I love both of these restaurants, and I'm a seafood lover. Both have great food, service and atmospheres. I've eaten at Yachtsman before but prefer other restaurants instead; it was just ok (and had some issues with service, hostess and manager). I haven't eaten at Fulton's before.

As for your question about Le Cellier or Chefs, I like both. I've never had a bad experience at either one, and both have good food. But I have seen some mixed reviews of Le Cellier lately on these boards. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your help. I am racking my brain trying to make this as magical and perfect as I can. Since this is our honeymoon and first time there I want it to be as nice as it can be.

If you are looking for magical memories, I would highly suggest you consider the California Grill. The view is spectacular and you can time your ressies to coincide with the Wishes fireworks at the MK. Watching the sun set over the Seven Seas Lagoon is one of my most favorite memories.
Jiko is another excellent restaurant that has several seafood selections. After dinner you can walk around the AKL and view the animals through night vision googles. The lobby of the hotel is amazing and is decorated with many African artifacts.
If you are looking for seafood I would recommend Flying Fish over Yachtsman. I have dined at both and Yachtman's seafood selection is very limited as it is a steakhouse. Flying Fish serves a potato crusted snapper that is absolutely delicious.

Bistro de Paris has an intimate, romantic atmosphere, and in my opinion is one of the very best on-site restaurants. The food is excellent modern French cooking comparable to some of the finest French restaurants that I have eaten in.

Flying fish is wonderful (a little loud) but the food makes up for that...
Both places in France at Epcot are great...although dont go for lunch..its just not the same...As its your honeymoon you might want to spring for Victoria and Albert’s...pricey but probably the best restaurant at Disney...the wine pairing is out of this world...it does have a limited menu...which some people do not like...
Another fish restaurant is Blue Zoo...wonderful meal ...good atmosphere...

:thumbsup2 Another "thumbs up" for FF. We try to eat here every trip. I usually take my 7 1/2 yr old dd and she loves it as well. I love to order a salad and the mussel appetizer. The mussels are superb here (I tasted them here for the first time a year or 2 ago and have been hooked!)...the salmon is also good as is the ravioli. We enjoy sitting up by the open kitchen area and like to chat with the chefs.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service has always been top notch.

This is also a nice restaurant for a "romantic" dinner as well. I would take dh here on a "date" if we ever had one in WDW!! :teeth:

Sorry Fellow Jersian but I have to disagree. CA Grill is all about the view. To put it bluntly the food and service suck. I suggest grabbing a cocktail or glass of wine and watching the fireworks. Take your meal elsewhere. Jiko has been less than desireable the times we have gone. It is, however, one of the more romantic restaurants on Disney property. Here are my reviews from our last trip not too long ago. We are two twenty somethings probably not too different from yourselves. Hope this helps...there are atleast 10 restaurants listed.

There is no contest between Le Cellier and Bistro de Paris, Bistro wins hands down on all counts . . . atmosphere, service and FOOD! Of course you are also taliking about a significant differential in cost. But if you are going to spend what it costs for Bistro, why not do Victoria and Alberts in the GF? Food is comparable but the ambiance is superior. You get a butler and maid (Albert and Victoria) and a wonderful intimate dining experience that you will always remember. It would be memorable for a honeymoon . . . I want to do it again with DW for our 50th aniversary in two years.

Best wishes for a long and happy life with your intended.

Thank you all. I am highly considering Victorias and alberts. It seems that the menu changes, or does it stay the same? Would love to get an idea on it as in how many courses/ choices and all.

I think V&A's is a must do for your honeymoon. You will definitley remember that meal for the rest of your life. The menu changes but a lot of the same items have been on the menu for over a year. I would also consider tchoup chop or emeril's if you can venture off disney property!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! You must be so excited! My DH and I recently spent a week in WDW and LOVED the Flying Fish. Service was excellent, atmosphere nice and wonderful food. After dinner stroll around the boardwalk-very romantic with the lights on the water, fireworks from Epcot. We will definately go back-we have a place on the shore and are fussy about seafood. We had a great night at the California Grille-we sat in the wine room-a little quieter and our waiter was very attentive-but the food at the Flying Fish was better. I'm glad we went-the view was fantastic-we got to see a lightning storm and the fireworks! Whatever you decide will be perfect because it's your honeymoon! :)
