Need Res for studio Mar 27- Apr 1

I am looking for a reservation /and points for a studio or perhaps 1 bedroom Mar 27- Apr 1.. I am new to this... Do I somehow book 1st and then get points ??? or do the owners need to check availability and book 1st?

You can't book at all. The owner has to have points and then book for you. The dates you want may be problematic. It's very close and right in the middle of Spring Break. Availability is very limited, if there is any at all.
