Hello Fellow DISers!!!!

Just got back from the Happiest Place on earth....feeling a little down...well..allot down
I don't know what it is..I was there for 9 days...and can't wipe this pout off my face! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE being there!!!

I am wondering if you could help me out! I am looking for a recipr for the unbelievable meal I had at Mama Melrose's!!!
The Chicken Campanelle WOW! That's about all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! My Mom & sister were eating out of my plate when I just couldn't eat anymore It was so good we all couldn't stop eating it!
I guess the major ingredient is the "4 cheese sauce" they use! THis meal was incredible and I would love to have that taste of Disney at home too

Allears.net has a recipe section. This is the one they have for the 4 Cheese Sauce (I've not tried it, so I can't say anything about how accurate it is).

It's too late for this since you are already back, but in the future ask your server for the recipe. A lot of restaurants have the recipes prepinted on cute Mickey Mouse recipe cards. They make for a cute keepsake. I know I've personally gotten them for the cornbread at Crystal Palace and the Lobster Bisque at Coral Reef (this one was embossed!)

you can write to Disney and request a recipe. I did this for a banana chocolate torte recipe and got it within a month. The other place to look is on the Dis. We have a recipe thread. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1575103
