Making goodies for the holidays, everyone loved the coconut mickey head we brought back from WDW in Oct.. I have a small mickey head cutter that would be perfect. Just need a recipe that might work, any ideas????

Never had one but it sounds yummy...does anyone have the recipe?

I'd love the recipe too...I've got the MM icon cutter (actually its for eggs but who cares right lol) so PM me if anyone has a good recipe!!

I am trying to make copy cat coconut mickey heads taht you can buy at WDW. They are soooooo good!!!! They are basically coconut candies that are dipped only around the bottom and sides. They are small; I am using the mini mickey head cutter I had in the pumpkin carving kit from the disney store.
Also, going to use the cutter to make mini fudge bites!!!!!

Well girlfriend - if they come out good you'll need to post that recipe here :flower:

I have no idea what they even are, but just an idea, you could make macaroons in the shape of mickey heads. I make them every year for christmas and they are really quick and easy. I use a small scoop to make them, but you could either make really big ones with an ice cream scoop and two melon scoops for ears, or the melon scoop for the head and some tiny scoop or just shape them into small balls for ears. Then they'd be smaller. You could dip the ears in chocolate if you wanted!
