Congratulations!! My vote goes out for Bernard!! Extremely knowledgable and professional. He was never pushy and would always call us back with answers to all ouf our MANY questions! We just purcahsed at SSR 10/03 and can't wait till our first trip home Can't wait to meet Bernard at the Grand Opening of SSR 5/17/04.

Sounds like you can't go wrong with any of the DVC reps that were mentioned. Congrats to them all for a job well done and thanks for all of their help!

Judy Kaufman is wonderful - and when this site has it meet at the one one in 2002 - she was the guide that meet everyone....

however even if you brought resale -you have a guide already - DVC assigns them - only if you are unhappy with your guide will DVC let you change.

Renee, and tvengineer, the contract you bought via resale will already have a guide assigned to it.

to find out who that guide is, just call Member Services and ask them to look it up for you.
