Need opinions from people with multiple use years.

We were not using our direct points to stay. Do you even need to be staying to do it? I thought you just needed to be MMB. When we went we were the only one there, a family came in as we were leaving but other than that nobody else.

I tried to go into the lounge during MMB only hours but was turned away at the Epcot lounge because I was not staying on points.

I have not yet tried to get priority lounge access during regular hours without staying on points.

I didnt see that in the restrictions details. I would've not been happy. https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/faq/membership-magic-beyond/character-experience/access

Fortunately I'm local and don't really care but yeah if I had purchased MMB thinking I'm going to get a bunch of extra hours in the lounge living near here I'd probably have been pissed. But I was just like okay cool, time to go home then.

The next time I'm in the park during normal hours I'll try and see if they give me priority while not staying on points.

I have two use years but one is a small boardwalk contract that I will never use a single point anywhere besides Boardwalk haha. I do have two contracts with same UY that has different people on the contracts so that separated into different memberships or whatever terminology is. I’ve not found a good way to merge points between the two but also have never had much need to yet.

Generally we do one week in winter with contract 1, we do one week in summer contract 2 (boardwalk), and a 2nd week in summer with the contract 3.

Thanks. I guess if you need more than 4 people to enter then a reservation would come into play. But for under 4 I dont see that clause unless they expect me to assume that a reservation is required even though they don't explicitly state that.

I have to find it because you can only go once per reservation stay as well for that special event.

Split stays would give you an extra visit. Or, they have updated things because it’s never very crowded and no longer care.

I remember seeing it was once, but honestly thought it was per day, so I likely didnt read it in closely. But yes we were the only ones there and it was Easter weekend when we went.
