kids are not too fussy so we can pretty much each anywhere but I want to have all my restaurants before I call on Friday for ADR. Thanks

Where are you staying? Having a TS near your resort or in a park may be easier. (Don't forget Tutto requires park admission.) I scrapped a number of my first choices after realizing how much time I'd spend just traveling to get there; I booked everything looked at how much time we'd spend traveling and ended up switching several of my ADRs and went with LTT instead of a preferred choice.

BOMA 100000%, it is my favorite restaurant on property. I also think their press-pot is the best coffee.

Thanks. We are staying at WL. I didn't even give the park admissions a thought when going to eat but that is a very good point. Guess I need to be a better planner. I am still changing some things around so hopefully we won't have a hard time getting a ressie. Seems like so many of the good places are already booked for the dates we would need!

Out of the ones you named, I would pick 'Ohana. But since you're staying at WL, have you thought about going to Whispering Canyon? The kids would probably enjoy it.

O'hana's would be my pick. We eat there every trip. DD10 loves it. It is one of her faves. We first went when she was 5 and she loved it. They have activities for the kids and depending on the time of the evening you go and where your table is there is an opportunity to view the fireworks at MK. And with the kids don't worry about the menu because they can get the kids just about any of the basics they have at all the other restaurants.

Tutto! We have dined there twice and it is awesome!

I'm with the above poster who said Whispering Canyon!

But if you already have a plan to do that on a different day, then I vote for Ohana's. The food is good, the atmosphere is fun and they do activities with the kids.

'Ohana's!!!! :goodvibes

food was absolutely delicious!!! I just couldn't get enough of that shrimp!!! and the bread pudding was to die for!!!! :cool1: :cool1:

if you want to see any pics, just check out my trip report in my siggie!!!

have a great trip! :cheer2:

Are you on the DDP?

Best bang for your buck would be Tutto (average adult meal costs $41) and it seems to get decent reviews.

I toyed with Ohana because it looks like a lot of fun but we're going there for the Lilo & Stitch Breakfast so decided to skip dinner. Ohana is definitely closer to your resort so easier to get to than Boma (AK closes at 5:00 in May so unless you have a car getting back could be a looong ride via DTD).

I'd say be flexible. When I called yesterday Tutto was wide open, but several of the others I wanted were down to only really early or really late dinner times...

You named some great ones so it's a tough choice for me although we haven't tried Tutto yet. Kona, O'Hana and Boma are all amazing. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the restaurants you named.

Oh I love all the choices. I would go with Ohanas though.. or Kona!

Tutto is very good too though. Tough choice. good luck.

I would only do Boma if you are going to be at AK that day and go staight from the park. It's really good, but transportation from WL to AKL would be a pain. Much easier to get to Poly and O'hana is very good and lots of fun for the kids. I love the food at Kona as well, but O'hana has such a great family theme and feel. The activities for the kids are fun, as long as they will get up and do them. I have one who will and one who won't.
Every one loves the bread pudding!!

Every one loves the bread pudding!!

Our kids are adventuresome eaters so I tried to do a mix of buffets and true sit down so they aren't stuck with the super boring same kids menu that seems to exist at so many of the places. We are DDP so did all our TS at dinner.

We have ADR's at both Boma and Kona...the group liked the Kona menu better than the Ohana menu but both seemed good to me :) I don't think you can go wrong with your list.
