So as some of you have probably seen on my other thread, we just found out this week we are expecting #3! Heading to Disneyland on Sunday with my parents and sisters and trying to come up with a fun/cute way to announce the pregnancy to them while we are there but I only have 2 days to think of and put something together!:confused3:eek:

While there go and get baby Mickey ears or the Baby Mickey and Minnie stuffed animals and ask them which they like best. Then once they answer tell them you will let them know which one in about 9 months was the best one.

Anything where you ask them in a pink or blue color question should work.

get with one of the photopass photographers and ask him to say "say (insert your name here)'s pregnant" instead of cheese

I like this idea. It would be fun to see how long it takes for them to realize what was just said. Totally throw them off guard.

The photopass would be a great one too, especially if the photographer is ready and catches the looks on their faces when they realize what was said. What a great way to commemorate it!

See the photo in my sig for how we did it. We emailed the picture home to everyone and waited for the calls to come. :)

Congratulations!

Regards,
C.

We found out before our most recent trip and my parents were meeting us at WDW.

Our original plan was to have them wait in line to see Mickey and then run back to my parents (who would be sitting elsewhere) and say, "Mickey just told us we're going to be big brothers!" My oldest son didn't want to do that (he's getting too mature for stuff like that, apparently lol!) so we had them just flat out tell them.

Another option - which we did the last day for a picture instead of the day my parents got there - was to get a blue and pink balloon for you and your hubby and see how long it takes them to figure it out. We did this for a picture - my kids gave the camera a thumbs up and DH was holding the blue balloon and kissing me on the cheek, while I held the pink balloon and had my hand on my stomach (the photographer came up with the pose). It turned out to be a really cute picture.

And for my in-laws, I got a Disney Christmas ornament and personalized it "Love, Grandbaby #5" and that was fun to see them see that.
