In Oct, my dh, dd(9) and ds(5) and myself intend to try Restaurant Marrakesh during our trip. I've read a number of nice reviews, but not much on the kid's choices. I've also notes a number of people unhappy with the kabobs. We love the CS option in this pavilion and enjoy the different flavors, but the kids are less adventurous! Anyone have experience on the DDP with kids at this location?

Thanks for your help!

We ate there last year with our whole party of 13!! There were 2 kids; my 2 yr. old son and 3 yr. old niece. I believe my son had the pasta and my niece of course had the chicken :) We loved the place!! My Aunts go there every year...I can't remember exactly what they (the kids) did/did not eat, but I remember it was the best meal we had all week!!! It was great :) :thumbsup2

Oh, thank you! This makes me feel much better! We love to try new things and WDW is a great place to expose the kids to different cultures - even if it is Disney style. Now I can relax and know that everyone will enjoy their meal.

We tried this restaurant for the first time in March. We loved it. DH had lamb that was so tender you could cut it with a fork. I had chicken kebobs and they were great--not dry at all and they had the best feta cheese sprinkled over the roasted veggies.

We didn't have any little ones dining with us but I did notice a lot of kids at tables around us and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Enjoy!

We were not crazy about this place. I didn't hate it, but nothing special.

My son (who was 10 at the time) wasn't crazy about the kids options back then (2005). He ended up getting a hamburger and it was fairly undercooked and just kind of nasty.

The two teens with me, who had been doing kids meals, didn't like the looks of it, and they split a plate of chicken kebabs which they liked well enough.

The food wasn't bad, but it just wasn't anything to write home about.

Here's an idea: You can go earlier in the day to the Morocco stand at the Food & Wine Festival and I think they serve either the beef brewat or chicken bastilla rolls; try them. We really like both of them; and that can give you and the kids a taste of what you'll experience :) I think you'll have a great time; my mom still says it was her favorite meal :) :cool1:
