Underrated Gems!

I'm never disappointed when we walk through the various animal trails at Animal Kingdom (Maharajah Jungle Trek, Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail, Discover Island Trails).

Can you tell me…would you do the trails or a tour (rhinos or elephants) ?

You know I sort of forgot about those tours lol. I'd really like to do one someday, probably when our toddler is a bit older, but it hasn't really been on our radar as a priority on any of our past trips. So with that being said I'd say the trails are more of a must-do sort of "hidden gem".

Everytime I go to Disney, I try to do something I've never done before. Sometimes it's a ride or a show or a dining experience. What's something that you would recommend but others may skip or not know about. For example, one year I rode the Liberty Belle Steamboat. It's was something that I never took the time to do, but was glad when I finally did. Another example was dinner at the California Grille during MK fireworks. What's out there that I might be missing?
