Need incorrect name on PIN advice PLEASE!

Over the past 2 or 3 years I have recieved numerous e-mail pin codes to my e-mail address in my FIL's name. 4 years ago when we took our first family trip to disney, I planned the grand gathering and apparently used my e-mail address for my in-laws because they didn't have one at the time. Well, every time I get one of these pins I call and explain that their info is incorrect. They have repeatedly told me that it is fixed and I keep getting the pins in the wrong name. The last 2 CM's that I spoke to said there is nothing in the computer system that links his name with my e-mail address and she suggested adding an different address to my FIL's household, which we did, and I just got the MONSTER code in his name I am very frustrated that I can not get this fixed! Any suggestions on who else to call?

I have the same problem. Every time, they apologize and say my SIL's name has been removed and then a week later I get another pin in her name.

Well, in our case, the reservation is under my name, and my fiance's soon to be "married" name, i.e. Bill and Betsy "X". The pin we got came in her maiden name "Y". So what they did was, they checked the last time we went, and saw that it was under Bill "X" and Betsy "Y" so they were able to apply the pin code to the reservation under Bill & Betsy "X".

I suggest have them check previous reservations to show them the pattern involved. That way you should be good to go

That's a different situation though since it's coming to the right person. If it was in my maiden name it wouldn't be a big deal. We're getting PINs in someone else's name.
