My family and I try to do something a little different on our videos each year. Last year we pretended like we were Rocky preparing for our Disney trip. My son and DH were bench pressing suitcases, running with the stroller around cones to prepare for people at Disney. Little things that were funny.

We are going with a family of 14 this year and are looking for different ideas for our videos, any suggestion would be helpful. I am a slight amateur when it comes to video editing, I have fcpx and adobe premier pro. I can do some slightly minor things with video but not major. I will take any suggestions. Thanks.

Maybe you could act like all 14 of you have to share the same room? Then you could have shots of 14 people in one bed, 14 people lined up to use the same bathroom, 14 people brushing their teeth...

At the park, you could have fourteen people sharing a drink or an ice cream cone, which would be funny since you would be able to spread out there, but you could play it like you've been cramped together for so long that you haven't realized you could spread out.

Maybe if one of the rides weren't busy - like the teacups - they would let you all squeeze into one cup for a moment to get footage of that.

Your final scenes could be post trip of one person in a bathroom, in bed, eating ice cream, etc. and looking lonely. Then cut to the group of you all in one room, booth at a restaurant, whatever, looking happy again.

Put it all together, play The Turtles' "Happy Together" over top and I think you have a pretty memorable and humourous video.

Love your idea, especially the end. I am still looking for ideas. So keep the coming guys!

We sat our little one down and had a 60 minutes type interview with her then cut in video of what she was talking about. Check Vimeo.com/60109474

I am not sure that sitting 14 down at one time would work out well but you might get the kids togather, then the parents, grandparents etc and weave the various interviews in and out of the inpark action shots. Good Luck:)
