Need Ideas for DH's Disney Birthday!!

Ok, I have seen lots of ideas for kids bday celebrations while at Disney, but any ideas for something cool I could do for DH? We have ADRs for breakfast at TTS that morning, but I am looking for something else, too. We won't do anything like V&A's, because our DS3 will be with us. It doesn't even need to be a dinner necessarily, just something fun!! ANY IDEAS??
