I just looked it up for you and using Monday, July 11th (I don't know your date), Philly to Boston on Southwest Air is $39.00 a person. It's probably less than the price of gas for two people. Just saying.....

If you are looking for a walking tour, the National Park Service offers free walking tours from their Visitor Center at 55 State Street. Lots of people like the idea of the costumed interpreters but the Park Rangers have lots of really great historical information and you can't beat free!
