Hello I'm Going To Disney/sea World In A Few Weeks And I Was Wondering . Would I Be Able To Do All Of Sea World In One Day ? There Is Only Two Of Us ( M25 , F23 ) . And Would I Be Able To Do All The Shows And Rides . Plus , What Are The Must See Attractions And Shows ? We've Never Been There Before . I Know That It Opens At 9am And Closes At 6pm . Any Type Of Information Would Help ? If Anyone Has Any Type Of Walkthrough To Do Sea World In One Day , I Would Appreciate It. Thankyou For Your Time . Happy Holidays To Everyone ................

I would think you could do most of it in one day. We've always stayed past 6 pm, but we were there at busy times. We are a family of 4 with daughter 15 and son 12. We never miss Kraken, the roller coaster. They always go on the water ride -- Atlantis, I think -- I skip it, because I don't like to get soaked. The sea lion show is really funny, but take for what it is -- corny jokes meant to be corny. (don't miss the mime who is in the audiance for the time before the show.) The new dolphin show is good, as is Shamu. The pet show is cute, but seeing your ages, you could skip if you don't like "cute". We always feed the dolphins (best to go for first feeding -- you get better position on the wall). We love feeding the sea lions, too. Shamu, of course, is good too, but he always seems to be acting up on days we are there. We have seen the show cancelled 2 or 3 times because the whales didn't want to behave.

All in all, we love Seaworld. Hope your day is great! Hint: Barbeque is probably the best meal.

You can do it in one day, but sometimes it is difficult to see all the shows in way day due to the schedules and location in the park. I have found when trying to cover too many shows in one day, I feel like I am spending all the time walking back and forth across the park. Whenever people visit and want to see Sea World, we normally allow for 2 days, as you can usually get your One Day pass validated to use again within 7 days. I know they have had that offer, and I believe when we were there this week, I saw the line of people at the end of the day getting their tickets validated.

As another poster mentioned - Blue Horizons the new dolphin show is not to be missed, and we always love the Sea Lion Show - Clyde and Seamore. The mime is hilarious, and the bad jokes just give you a reason to laugh!!! We enjoy spending time by the sea lions - they are just plain entertaining. The dolphin nursery is a good spot to spend a few minutes - watching the mothers and calves. Don't miss the Sky Tower - it gives you a great aerial view of the park - it is $3.00 additional. The Odyssea show is very cool - acrobatic type show - think Cirque de Soleil in less than 30 min. We had not eaten at the Shark restaurant before, but did that the other night as well, I had soup and a salad, and was quite pleased. My neighbor works there, and I hear the food is very good. It tends to be crowded during the busy times, be we were there on an slow night to see the Christmas display/shows.

Anyway - we do love Sea World, it's a different experience than Disney, but I think worth the price of admission! If you are into rides, they are limited, but I enjoy watching the animals!

Sea World is GREAT! Very mellow day..much different than a day in Disney. Big tip for Seaworld is, when you walk thru the turnstyles, get on line right to the left at the little windows and have your photo taken...you can get back in for FREE in the next few days ( i think its the next consecutive 5). They don't advertise this, but we have done this every time for a few years now...even if we only go back for half a day to get in any shows that we missed. It can defintely be done in one day, but it woudl take some planning to line up the times for the shows you want to see perfectly. Shamu is the biggie here that you don't want to miss. I agree with the other posts...feeding the dolphins is always a favorite...and Atlantis too. You can have dinner with Shamu but this books up VERY fast so look into it in advance if you are interested. My advice is can be done in one, but much better in 2. :earsgirl:

No Problem !
Plan your show times and stick to them. Work out what you want to see and work it into being near the shows a little before hand (about 30 mins early).

The shows are pretty much the centre piece. Clyde & Seamore is an absolute must see. Get there early to see the Mime before the show, very entertaining.

We have done the whole park with ease in a day and are also a couple, similar ages.

Note - Blue Horizons is fantastic, a very dramatic upgrade to the previous Dlophin & Whale show that was in the same arena.
BH has Dolphins, but also some great acrobatics (humans) and some impressive birds too.
We were hesitant as the concept seemed a little odd....one girl's dream and all that nonsense. but it is brilliant.

Do you want to ride Kracken and Atlantis? IF so, plan to arrive 1st thing and do those 2 1st. Then plan your day according to the show times. SeaWorld.com has the time for the shows on the website, so you could be prepared ahead of time. Depending on the crowd levels, you should be able to do it all in one day.
