Need Help

I have a huge group doing the WDW marathon in honor of my daughter and to raise funds for my charity of choice. That being said, I want to make shirts and things and am interested in a Mickey head made out of lemon slices.

Is there anyone on here that could do that? I would be uber grateful!!
