Need help...

We are a family of 5 and 2 Maine Coon kittens. We'll be adding our last kitten in two weeks and can't figure out a name. I love Disney and we also name our pets after a Disney name. Our oldest cat is named Pixie and our other cat is named Mowgli. If you know much about the breed they are referred to a racoon. Pixie is usually calm with a few crazy moments. Mowgli is a "crazy" cat. We joke that he is a racoon. We love them both but we have our last addition coming soon. She is blue tabby Maine Coone. Our pets are part of our family. Please any ideas would be great. Or if you have any advice for those who also have a Maine Coone or similar behaved cats....pass it on. (Mowgli gets put in the kennnel at night because he uses his paws to bang on our bedroom door at 430AM. He now has learned how to unzip his kennel.) I love them but omg....we have our hands full.

* Crockett....a la Davy Crockett and his adventuresome spirit...and hoping his coonskin cap doesn't hit too close to home!!!

* Shenzi or Banzai...the Hyena names in Lion King

We have an OLIVER after Oliver and Co.
I like Meeko after the raccoon in Pocohontas.
I love Dodger too after Oliver and Co.
You could do Koda after the bear in Brother Bear.

I have to second the vote for Meeko - we have friends who just used that name for a kitten and with a Maine Coon, I think the name is perfect. We also have three Maine Coon kitties - they are great - but I know what you mean about having your hands full! We have Sam (age 5 orange tabby) Millie (age 4 mixed tabby mostly white) and Jake (age 3 brown tabby -traditional MC look.) Millie and Jake are the smartest cats I've ever owned. Sam is just neurotic but lovable just the same. My DH thought I was crazy when I decided to add the third - Jake but my DS wanted a kitten of his own. Jake is the sweetest personality wise of them all - loves everyone, always in a good mood - and good friend of my DH now. Best of luck with your Maine Coon crew!

I like the name Meeko. Now if I can talk my DH into it. It's his kitten but we'll see what happens. Only a few more days and we pick her up.
