Need help with split stay/park plan!

We (me, DH, DD7 & DD3) are going this summer for 8 nights and doing a split stay between the Contemporary and Yacht Club. ADRs open up soon, so I'm trying to come up with a tentative park plan so I can plan our sit down meals. We've never done a split stay or had park hoppers, so I feel overwhelmed! I want to utilize our proximity to the parks, but we're going to YC for Stormalong Bay so plan on spending a lot of time there (at least one full day Wed or Thurs). We currently have 6 day park hoppers, but may upgrade to 7 or 8 days just to have options to run to parks for meals. I also want to factor in the AM EMH. We plan to take afternoon breaks/naps.

We want the most time - 2-2.5 days at MK; Epcot - we'd like at least 1.5 days; AK - .5-1 day is enough; HS - never been, planning 1 day

Thoughts?

Friday - arrive Contemporary - resort day/dinner or MK afternoon/dinner (haven't decided, would require adding an additional day to our ticket).
Saturday - (AK AM EMH) - planning MK full day, but crazy idea being a Sat? BOG PPO and then PM switch?
Sunday - (HS AM EMH) - plan to go to HS AM
Monday - (AK AM EMH) - plan to go to AK AM
Tuesday - (EP PM EMH) - MK full day?
Wed - switch to YC - either pool day at YC or Epcot
Thurs - (EP AM EMH) - either pool day or Epcot
Fri - (MK EMH) - we like to end at MK, but since at YC - leave this one open to decide? or stick to EP/HS?
Sat - depart/no park

When doing MK/EP resort splits, I, personally, try to keep MK days for when we are staying in the MK area and DHS/EP days for when we are at the EP resort.

Personally, I would try to keep AK and MK touring for when you are at CR and just stick to DHS/EP what at YC. On your switch day, I would recommend doing EP as opposed to planning a pool day as you don't know when your YC room will be ready (mine was ready way past check-in time on my last stay in January). I would then do your pool day on Wednesday and maybe going to DHS that evening to check it out. I would end Friday with EP/DHS instead of going all the way back to MK.
