I'm staying at the swan for the first time and am wondering if anyone can help me with a room request. I'd like to stay in a room closest to the pool area and I'd like an upgrade to a balcony room if one is available. I'm a Starwood member. How do I go about making these requests? Do you know the fax number for Swan? Thanks for any help!
