Hey all,
I heard Pete talking about and recommending RideMax on the podcast so I went ahead and purchased the download for our May trip to Disneyland. So far the dates of our visit (end of May) are still not available even though the park hours have been officially published by Disney for a few weeks now. I'm wondering if the software automatically updates itself or if I have to do something? I emailed the Ride Max folks about a week ago but so far have gotten no response. This is more annoying to me then the fact that the product isn't up to date yet. I'm thinking about requesting a refund soon but seeing as how they haven't answered my question about the dates, I'm very doubtful they will respond to a request for a refund. Anyone who has used this and can give me some help I would greatly appreciate it. (none of my park days are on Sunday btw).
