Need help with ressie timing, please!

Hi all,

This will be our first TS with children and the first character meal for all of us, so we are excited! We are hoping to book a breakfast at Akershus and are wondering how late we can book that morning and still be guaranteed the breakfast foods. I believe breakfast goes until 11:10am and the latest reservation time I noticed was 10:45. Is that correct and is that enough time to get through breakfast and characters before lunch starts? Thanks!

If you book a breakfast (no matter if it's late), then they will still have breakfast food available. Lunch doesn't officially start until 11:55 so you should be good. You will definitely have time to see the characters. They rotate around the restaurant in a way that they see everyone no matter what time you get there. Not sure how they keep track with people constantly coming and going, but they do And if for some reason a character does miss your table, all you have to do is let a CM know and they will send them over.

We really liked Akershus. Great interactions with the princesses. My DS especially liked getting a big ol' kiss from Ariel that left him with a special souvenir--lip prints on his cheek!

Thanks so much for your reply. I assumed that breakfast would be scheduled that way, but I needed to obsess and double check!

That is very sweet about your son and Ariel. My daughter was lucky to get some lip prints from Mulan last trip and it was a highlight for all of us. My son is 2 and has two sisters so he knows all the princesses. I wonder what he'll think of smooches??
