I am planning a surprise for my DH and I don't want to pay for it with our joint CC or debit cards. I am looking for a prepaid CC that is preferable reloadable. I know there are fees but does anyone have any good experience with any of them?

TIA

The only ones i have used are the greenpoint card that you can get at cvs (ocassionally you can get some ECB when you activate one.) but the fees were pretty steep and we cancelled it.

Currently, DD has a American Express Pass card and there are $4.95 a month but i am fairly confident that the fees are waived until Oct 2011.

perhaps you could get one of those for yourself?

Are you a USAA member? they have a prepaid card and it has no fees, we got one for our DD and she loves it, plus it has other perks!

Wal mart offers one, but I think they have a fee to load it?:confused3

I have a prepaid travel card though my bank. It was $3 to get the card and $2 each time I load more money on it. (Which I've only done once.) No monthly fees.
