Need help with phone # for HRH

Ok so I have called two different numbers 407-503-2000 and 407-503-7625 trying to add a Deluxe request to my club reservation.....both times I am stuck with an agent that thinks I am trying to book a Deluxe on the regular floors and they tell me they are sold out. I tell them "no, I am just trying to put in a request on my reservation for a Deluxe ON club level." This gets me NOWHERE!!! Does anyone have a number for someone who will know what I'm talking about????? I have even tried emailing and got the same response GGRRRRRR!

Can you access your reservation on line? If so, you may be able to add the request that way. We usually have good luck with email.

I tried adding it to my reservation online but it doesn't have that option anywhere. Which email address do you use? The one I used getting me no where was orlandoreservations@loewshotels.com
again they were trying to book me into a Deluxe room not on club guess I may just have to wait till we arrive and hope one is available

that is right.
can't book the deluxe on club floor at hrh.

last time i was there, only 4 deluxe on floor #7.


you can call back and ask for the front desk manager to see if those deluxe rooms are available for your dates.

and, you can make the request when you check in to the hotel.
