Need help with phone - calling international

Hello all,

Does anyone know of a phone and card I can buy that has unlimited international calls and SMS? Only need 30 days. Saw straighttalk but it doesnt do unlimited international SMS

And it's $260 for an android. Figured I will need Internet in the parks for the apps
