Need help with Parking at Disney

Hi all,

We're planning on driving to the parks each day when we visit later this week. Could anyone share how early various park parking lots opened? I read somewhere that Animal Kingdom lot often opens very close to park opening.

How early do you generally plan on arriving at the parking lot for each park?

All of the parking lots at the parks will be open LONG before they opening time...
EXCEPT (possibly) for DAK, which has been known to open on some days as late as about an hour before the posted opening time (which could be a problem for those with early breakfast ADRs.)

I'd suggest that you get to the MK lot 45-60 minutes before you plan to be at the MK gates.
That's because once you park, you still need to get from the parking lot area to the Transportation & Ticket Center,
and then to the MK gates by monorail or ferry boat.

I'd suggest that you get to the other 3 parks' lots 25-40 minutes before you plan to be at those parks' gates.

As always at WDW, arriving far "too early" beats arriving just a minute "too late."
