We are thinking about planning a trip for Halloween with a party of 7. What are the best options? A villa that would hold all of us or two rooms in the same resort? Are there any connecting rooms?

We are a family of 5 with the addition of my MIL and my sister. We would need to have our rooms close since I would probably have to register one of my kids in another room with my MIL if we do the two room idea.

If you can get a good deal on a two bedroom at OKW - it is massive! One king bedroom with master bath, another bedroom with 2 queens and a bathroom, and a full size pull out couch in the living room. Good sized kitchen and eating area, and a deck with a big table and chairs (not one of the skinny balconies). Best part - full sized washer/dryer, so you can bring fewer clothes.

Even AAA discount would bring it close to two rooms at a moderate. The resort has a great pool area, and the boat ride to Downtown Disney offers you lots of other eating options. Very "Florida", too. Pastels, palms, relaxing!

What is your budget? The least expensive option is 2 value rooms, at around $250 a night for both.

For all in one room, around $400 a night for a 2 BR at Old Key West if you rent points.

Offsite there are many less expensive options

This is great advice, you could even look at renting DVC points to secure it. You can save a fortune by eating breakfast or lunch in the villa.
