I swear I am the most indecisive person on the planet....if I had planned this trip out 180 days in advance, I think I would have made myself crazy by now. :scared1:

So I am having a problem with ADR planning on day three of our five day trip. This day starts at HS, which is truly just a 9-12ish park for us. We have no desire to re-see Fantasmic this trip. Right now my plan is to have breakfast at Ohana (7:30), then get there as close to rope drop as we can, ride our few rides, and get out.

This is where I run into issues. I have two ADR scenarios scheduled (just did it for one day until I could talk to dh, who won't decide!), but I need to cancel one. First is lunch at Sci-fi (12:10), then leave to do whatever we feel like at the moment, followed by dinner at Narcoossee's (5:55). (Though recent reviews are making me think about swapping that for Yachtsman). Other option is to hop over to Epcot for Le Cellier (1:30), and then stay at Epcot and have lighter dinner at Via Napoli (7:00).

I don't care about credits. We are going to be over and just pay OOP.

The rest of our trip looks like this, staying at Contemporary:
Day 1:
AK by late morning
12:30 Yak and Yeti
6:30 Jiko

Day 2:
8:15 CRT
1:00 BBB
6:00 Flying Fish (will probably hop to Epcot in the late afternoon after a break, and walk out the back to it)

Day 3:
7:30 Ohana
HS in the morning
Lunch?
Dinner?

Day 4:
8:05 Akershus
12:00 Les Chefs de France
6:00 California Grill

Day 5:
MK at rope drop
12:00 Liberty Tree (though debating hopping to Epcot for lunch or going somewhere on the monorail on the way out. Le Cellier is not available this day, so not an option.)

Ugh. I need a vacation planner, lol.

With a pretty big breakfast at Ohana at 7:30 am and a TS or possibly Signature dinner that same evening, why not a slightly lighter CS lunch? I'm thinking you would do well to stop at Starring Rolls and eat there whenever you are getting ready to leave DHS. The sandwiches are good and the desserts are to die for.

Then dinner at the Signature of your choice - and I'd probably vote for Yachtsman. You have a lot of lunch/dinner ADRs already that appeal to me, but none of them really specialize in steaks the way Yachtsman does. That makes it a little more unique choice than Narcoossees.

We need to do a TS to guarantee air conditioning for our daughter who has medical issues. Otherwise we'd go to a CS. :)

I think we're in the minority, but we didn't like Ohana on our last trip at all. We went for breakfast and were unimpressed.

We feel the same way about HS as you do. We plan to get there at rope drop, ride whatever rides wanted, eat lunch at Sci Fi at 11 and then probably leave (unless we have fast passes left). We've never eaten at Sci Fi. I have read many mixed reviews but we figured we'll give it a try anyway. We're eating at Flying Fish that night so we're bound to enjpoy one meal that day, right? Plus, I think we'll hit Starring Rolls for a snack.
