chime questions

Im thinking of opening up a chime account but not sure how it all works
I need mostly since I do on line surverys and rewards sites that stopped using serve which I was using

anyways Im real confused on how this works
from what I saw it works like I regular debit card
when a site pays me it goes into my chime account and then when I want to buy something
I just use at any store do I have this right

is it safe to use--I read theres no fees is that right

so any chime users please fill me in

I have been using chime for 1 yr now and they are great. set up direct deposit you get it 2 days before. My pay day is Friday, and I get it on Wednesday I have the debit & credit card you can move money very easily from one to another & get money from tons of ATMs no fee
